Designed for doors that need to be locked for most of the time, this kit contains a HD72 deadlock (deadbolt only) and associated hardware. Typical applications include maintenance access doors or storage cupboards where normal opening/closing is by turning the cylinder key. The Kit is ideal for use on timber fire doors, either FD30 or FD60.
- C433 hinges are CE Marked to EN 1935 and Certifire approved
- CE3F closer is CE Marked to EN 1154 and Certifire approved
- HD72SL deadlock is CE Marked to EN 12209 and Certifire approved - U6PET3535 key-turn euro profile cylinder has been tested to EN 1303

- The Kit can be installed on doors up to 950mm wide and 60kg in weight
- Grade 13 hinges are intended for use on doors up to 120kg
- 35-35 euro profile patented key-turn cylinder (70mm in overall length) uses 6 pins for additional security performance
- HD72DL is a DIN style dead lock with 60mm backset which assist in fulfilling requirements of BS 8300
